The Sherman Town Board met in regular session Tuesday October 6, 2020 @ 7:30pm.

Members Present: Lee Ellis, Gerry Karpen and Cheryl Swenson.

Absent: Darrin Trower

Others Present: Kevin Swenson

Ellis called the meeting to order.

Routine Business:

Approval of the agenda- motion by Karpen to approval the agenda, 2^nd by Ellis—all ayes, motion carried.

Minutes of the September 1, 2020 meeting were read—Karpen made a motion to approve the minutes as read, 2^nd by Ellis—all ayes, motion carried.

The Treasurers report was read—Karpen made a motion to approve the Treasurers report as read, 2^nd by Ellis—all ayes, motion carried

Claims Approved to be paid:

Minnehaha Community Water $30.00 water, Xcel Energy $280.66 street lights, $28.33 park lights, $33.60 town hall lights, Gerry Karpen $96.00 mounting of tires, Team Tayden $50.00 donation, Garretson Gazette $26.03 Aug minutes, Bill Benson $40.00 1x mowing, Luke Bonte $60.00 2x mowing, DBA Braun Farms $630.00 3x mosquito spray 2019 and $450.00 2x spraying mosquito spray 2020.

Old Business:

1. Town Hall Eaves- end caps need to be put on

2. Ordinance for tree pile—working on

3. Street gutters- Ellis will start working on them

New Business:

1. Clean-up days for 2021- Swenson will work on a paper on what the rules for the dumpster

Karpen made a motion to adjourn, 2^nd by Ellis—all ayes. Next regular meeting will be Tuesday November 3, 2020 @7:30pm.
