The Sherman Town Board met in regular session Tuesday November 3, 2020 @ 7:30pm.

Members Present: Lee Ellis, Gerry Karpen, Darrin Trower and Cheryl Swenson.

Ellis called the meeting to order.

Routine Business:

Approval of the agenda- motion by Karpen to approval the agenda, 2^nd by Trower—all ayes, motion carried.

Minutes of the October 6, 2020 meeting were read—Karpen made a motion to approve the minutes as read, 2^nd by Trower—all ayes, motion carried.

The Treasurers report was read—Karpen made a motion to approve the Treasurers report as read, 2^nd by Trower—all ayes, motion carried

Claims Approved to be paid:

Minnehaha Community Water $30.00 water, Xcel Energy $279.78 street lights, $28.20 park lights, $29.09 town hall lights, Gerry Karpen $12.71 for light bulbs, Zach Swenson $700.00 for work on town hall, Garretson Gazette $27.68 Sept minutes, Bolte’s Sunrise Sanitary Service $738.51 for 2 dumpsters, SDML Workers Compensation $526.00 for insurance.

Old Business:

1. Ordinance for tree pile—working on

2. Street gutters- Ellis hasn’t had time yet to work on them

New Business:

1. Set date for Special Hearing-Bullet Alcoholic Beverage License-Dec 1, 2020 @ 7:45pm.

2. Snow removal—Karpen made a motion to amend the snow removal and add Roger Andera to snow removal and put R&R on call if needed, 2^nd by Trower-all ayes, motion carried.

Karpen made a motion to adjourn, 2^nd by Trower—all ayes. Next regular meeting will be Tuesday December 1, 2020 @7:30pm.
