The Sherman Town Board met in regular session Tuesday December 3, 2019 @ 7:30pm.
Members Present: Lee Ellis, Gerry Karpen, Darrin Trower and Cheryl Swenson.
Others Present: Trase Fisher
Ellis called the meeting to order.
Routine Business:
Approval of the agenda- motion by Karpen to approval the agenda, 2nd by Ellis—all ayes
Minutes of the Nov. 5, 2019 meeting were read—Karpen made a motion to approve the minutes as read, 2nd by Ellis—all ayes.
The Treasurers report was read—Karpen made a motion to approve the Treasurers report as read, 2nd by Ellis—all ayes
Claims Approved to be paid:
Minnehaha Community Water $30.00 water, Gerry Karpen $150.00 6 meetings, $100.00 zoning salary, Xcel Energy $280.07 street lights, $28.25 park lights, $39.26 town hall lights, Lee Ellis $150.00 5 meetings, Darrin Trower $150.00 6 meetings, Cheryl Swenson $250.00 Clerk salary, $250.00 Treasurers salary, SDML $88.49 2020 dues.
Old Business:
1. Chickens—no further complaints on chickens.
2. Special hearing of The Bullets Alcoholic Beverage License at 8:00pm—Karpen made a motion to approve the Bullet’s Alcoholic Beverage License, 2nd by Trower—all ayes
New Business: no new business
Motion by Karpen to adjourn meeting, 2nd by Trower—all ayes.
