On March 6, 2018 the regular meeting was canceled do to the weather. Meeting was held Tuesday March 13, 2018.
The Sherman Town Board met in session Tuesday, March 13, 2018.
Members present: Gerry Karpen, Bill Benson, Cheryl Swenson and Robin Berg.
Members absent: Lee Ellis.
Karpen called the meeting to order.
Approval of the Agenda: Motion by; Karpen, second by; Benson.
ROUTINE BUSINESS: Minutes of the February 6, 2018 meeting was approved as read, Motion by; Karpen, second by; Benson.
The treasurer’s report was approved as read, Motion by; Karpen, second by; Benson.
CLAIMS APPROVED TO BE PAID: Xcel Energy, street light, $267.30, park light $28.77, town hall lights $52.15; Minnehaha Community Water, Jan. & Feb. water $30.00; Palisades Propane, 278.0 gals propane $277.50; Brandon Ace Hardware, finance charge $2.48; Lucas Swenson, 6.5 hrs plowing, $84.50; Sanders Printing, voucher sheets $38.30; Brown Saenger, legal petitions $9.00; Claflin Excavating LLC, demo building Block 7, Lot 7, 110 Zeliff Ave. $5,918.55; DBA Braun Farms, 8x spraying mosquitoes $800.00, 8x pesticide $912.00;

in on 1st St. bye the water
way, alley.
The 2017 Annual Report
was presented to the Board by Berg, Karpen, made a motion to approve the 2017
Annual Report Second by; Benson, Berg asked for vote 2 yes 0 no motion carried.
Bids for mowing are now being accepted. For Strom Park, Tiger Park, Town Hall and road way on 1st St.
