The Sherman Town Board met In regular session Tuesday, December 3, 2013, 7:30 p.m. at the Sherman Town Hall with Lee Ellis presiding.

Members present: Lee Ellis, Gerry Karpen, Cheryl Swenson and Robin Berg

Members absent: Bill Benson

Others present: Ellen Karpen.

ROUTINE BUSINESS: Minutes of the November 5, 2013, meeting were approved as read, Motion by; Karpen, second by; Ellis.

The treasurer’s report was approved as read. Motion by; Karpen, second by; Ellis.

CLAIMS APPROVED TO BE PAID: Xcel Energy, street light $273.28; park light $18.13; town hall light $20.08; Minnehaha Community Water, Nov. water $25.00; Anderson Publications, Ordinance add $40.00; Jesse James 15 gal of gas $44.99; Palisades Propane, propane $285.74;; Bill Benson, 7 meetings $175.00; Gerry Karpen, 7 meetings $175.00; Lee Ellis, 6 meetings $180.00; Cheryl Swenson, $250.00; Robin Berg, $205.00;Keith Gunderson, $100.00;

OLD BUSINESS:

Bullet, Alcoholic Beverage License, Motion by; Karpen, second by; Ellis to approved Bullets License, 2 ayes no nays.

Christmas for Kids, are planning a Snow party Saturday January 25^th.

NEW BUSINESS:

Sherman will be donating some of the equipment from the Sherman Fire department, Motion by; Karpen, second by; Ellis

Sherman is making a $100.00 donation in the memory of Daryl Ellis, to the Garretson Food Pantry. Motion by; Karpen, second by; Ellis
