The Sherman Town Board met in a special meeting June 13, 2013, 3:00 p.m. at the Sherman Town Hall with Lee Ellis presiding.

Members present: Lee Ellis, Gerry Karpen, Bill Benson and Robin Berg

Others present: Kenneth and Linda Askren.

Ellis called the meeting to order.

Special meeting to discuss the bid received for the reconstruction of culvert and gutter in the intersection by the Bullet.

Karpen has a estimate culvert and gutter, from Crete Pro’s for $1,803.05, Benson does not think a dip, bump in the road would work.

Are planning on getting more estimates.

Motion by; Ellis to adjourn, second by Karpen

The Sherman Town Board met in a special meeting June 20, 2013, 3:00 p.m. at the Sherman Town Hall with Lee Ellis presiding.

Members present: Lee Ellis, Gerry Karpen, Bill Benson and Robin Berg

Others present: Larry Sutton, Kathy Benson, Kenneth and Linda Askren.

Ellis called the meeting to order.

Intersection near the Bullet. There are a number of factors that make finalizing a fix especially problematic.

The 3:00 time frame is necessary to accommodate work schedule of Board members.

Karpen, made a motion for the bid from Crete Pro’s for $1,803.05; to put in a dip by the Bullet: second by: Ellis. Berg asked for a vote, two ayes, one nays; motion carried.

Motion by; Ellis to adjourn, second by Karpen
